Machine wash at 30°C maximum, on a delicate cycle. Avoid fabric softener (it degrades the silicone gel). Air dry recommended — no tumble dryer. The molded cup keeps its shape indefinitely with these precautions.

No. The resistant fibers are designed to retain their softness and support wash after wash. Guaranteed for a minimum of 100 washes. Some customers have been wearing theirs for 2 years of daily use and it still looks brand new. If a seam comes apart before 100 washes → free replacement.
